GINNGER’s Inclusive Urban Regeneration at Built4People 2nd Clustering Event

The GINNGER project joined the "Built4People 2nd Clustering Event" hosted by CINEA in Belgium.

The GINNGER project joined the “Built4People 2nd Clustering Event” on November 19, 2024, hosted by the European Climate, Infrastructure, and Environment Executive Agency in Belgium. This gathering brought together representatives from 30 Horizon Europe-funded projects under the Built4People Public-Private Partnership, all focusing on “Efficient, sustainable, and inclusive energy use.” The event highlighted collaboration opportunities to advance shared goals.

Andreas Muñoz from Fundación Circe represented GINNGER in Track 2: “Solutions to make the built environment more inclusive, accessible, and resilient.” During this breakout session, they showcased GINNGER’s work in inclusive urban regeneration through participatory co-creation methodologies and innovative digital tools. These efforts aim to empower communities and foster sustainable neighborhood development.

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with other projects in the Built4People community,” said Andreas. “By sharing insights, we strengthen our collective impact on creating inclusive, sustainable, and energy-efficient urban environments.”

 

The event concluded with a roundtable summarizing breakout session key takeaways and an open forum discussion led by European Commission representatives. GINNGER remains committed to collaborating within the Built4People community to enhance the impact of inclusive urban regeneration strategies.
