Discover how data-driven solutions are transforming energy efficiency in buildings, with real-world results from innovative projects across Europe.
GINNGER project coordinator Circe – Centro Tecnológico has just published a study on the implementation of data-driven innovative energy services in buildings, now published in Buildings journal. This research explores the real-world impact of energy-efficient solutions across three distinct building types: a residential complex in Spain, detached homes in Croatia, and a hotel in Greece.
The study highlights how tailored energy services can improve self-consumption, influence user behaviour, and enable demand response, all while achieving payback periods shorter than 10 years. These results underscore the potential for integrating advanced energy services to enhance sustainability in different contexts.
